Ethos Fuel Reformulator (Ethos FR ®) is a truly significant, effective and realistic pro-environmental step-forward in saving our environment – and in saving our children – it provides intelligence and actual demonstrable results to lessening environmental toxins and promoting health (especially with respect to pediatric asthma, and adult pulmonary and cardiovascular disease).

What is Ethos FR® ?
Ethos FR® is made of esters and is not petrochemical based. It cleans and lubricates the internal parts of an engine without the use of petroleum-derived products commonly found in fuel additives. The combination of cleaning and lubricating esters in Ethos FR® permit the stabilization of fuel without changing its specifications. Additionally, as a lubricant and cleaning ester, Ethos FR® make fuels self-cleaning and self-lubricating without increasing toxic emissions. As a result, moving parts function more smoothly with reduced heat and friction, requiring less maintenance; accordingly, engine power, engine performance and preservation is enhanced.
Actual Use and Testing of Ethos FR®
The overall result is that engines combust fuel more completely, fuel consumption is increased and there is a reduction of non-combusted residues that an engine expels in the form of exhaust emissions, such as hydrocarbons (HC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM) and other harmful products of combustion which otherwise wind up in the air – and in our lungs. In return, through the use of Ethos FR®, a savings of up 19% of fuel bills are recorded by consumers, with an average 30% reduction in toxic exhaust fumes with (additionally) “0” opacity test results with respect to Carbon.
There are worldwide examples of the effectiveness of Ethos FR® - from South America, Latin America, China to the United States. Here are just a few examples.
The City of North Miami has included Ethos FR® a part of their environmental plan. Following the results of a standard testing protocol, the decision was made to use Ethos FR® in all of the City of North Miami's municipal vehicles. After treatment with Ethos FR®, not only did the City of North Miami's test vehicles show a 12% improvement in fuel economy, but the Ethos product significantly reduced total emissions up to 30% and on opacity testing decreased Carbon emissions to nearly “0”.
Accordingly, a city the size of North Miami, which currently uses approximately 300,000 gallons of fuel per year, can reduce its harmful emissions by approximately 500 tons per year with the use of Ethos FR®. Needless to say, the health effects of a 500 ton reduction of harmful emissions to our environment is dramatic.
In the construction industry, heavy equipment operation, trucks, buses, RV’s, ships, trains and generators, Ethos FR® has also been quite effective. For instance, in partnership with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission and the South Florida Water Management District, a major excavating contractor known as Lee Mar Building & Construction used Ethos FR® in construction vehicles – and, again, witnessed an across the board 30% reduction in pollutants.
Allied Waste Disposal, a San Diego, California based company, recognized as the second largest waste disposal company in the world, has been using Ethos FR® for over the past seven (7) years because of the product’s ability to decrease toxic pollutant smog emissions. Using Ethos FR®, Allied Waste Services was able to dramatically decrease its San Diego county fleet toxic emissions by 71%.
In the San Diego suburb of Chula Vista, through its use of Ethos FR, Allied has also reduced atmosphere particulates by more than 500 tons a year. Six months after beginning the Ethos FR® program, Allied Waste Services received an Earth Day Corporate Award from the City of San Diego for what they had done for the environment. The Ethos FR® program implemented by Allied Waste runs even in unmodified diesel engines, and was found to increase engine performance, reduce fuel costs, and reduce maintenance costs through its use directly into hydraulic pumps.
Further, Ethos FR® has been used by over 10,000 corporations and consumers in over 40 countries worldwide. Users include the United States Military, major trucking transport corporations, railroad companies, as well as wide spread uses in ships, trains, buses, cars, trucks, vans, RVs, and generators. Hundreds of millions of miles of road tests have proven that commercial fleets on average increase fuel mileage between 7% and 19% and reduce overall emissions by more than 30% (with consistent near 0% reduction in Carbon as evidenced through opacity testing). In fact, more that 1,000 heavy-duty diesel vehicles treated (a motor vehicle with maximum gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) greater than 6,000 pounds), emissions were lowered by as much as 90%.
Public Safety
To assure public safety, products which may affect safety and the environment are required to have their products registered with the EPA prior to their introduction into the market place - Ethos FR® is indeed registered with the United States EPA, in fact, as has been disclosed to the United States SEC, an EPA registered laboratory has confirmed that Ethos FR® is 99.99976% clean upon ignition and ashless upon combustion. Further disclosures include that Ethos FR® is free of carcinogens, non-toxic and non-hazardous.
Engine Safety
What about engine safety? Perhaps the best endorsement of the engine safety of Ethos FR® is the fact that it is used in Indy 500 racing engines – some of the most expensive motor engines of all time. In fact, because of the Ethos FR® surprisingly positive results, it has been named as the Official Fuel Reformulator for the Firestone Indy Lights Series (Indianapolis 500 racing league). The DRX System
DRX 9000 has been shown to be highly capable of relieving the compression on the spinal nerves caused by disc herniations, degenerative disc disease, sciatica,
and posterior facet syndrome. Decompression is caused by distraction forces applied by the DRX onto a specially-designed pelvic harness that the patient wears.
The automatic shoulder support and chest harness provide stabilization for the upper body, and help to distribute the applied forces evenly. The angle of pull
(automatically controlled by the DRX) and a special air bladder acting as a fulcrum, allow the user to target a specific disc level for treatment. The split table design
